On-the-Farm Scrambled Eggs

Creamy scrambled eggs with chives and goat cheese create an earthy flavor that will bring you to the farm. Serve with your favorite toast, and Since you are there, a slice or two of bacon.

Ingredients

 4 large eggs
 1 tablespoon half-and-half
 ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
 ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
 ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
 1 tablespoon butter
 2 dashes Sriracha sauce


Directions

Step 1 - Whisk eggs, half-and-half, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Whisk in goat cheese and chives.

Step 2 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until set, about 5 minutes. Transfer to serving plates; draw a line down each plate with Sriracha sauce.
